These terms apply to your use of pianotosheetmusic.com, operated by Antoine Duno, 25 rue Villebois-Mareuil, 78110 Le Vésinet, France. By using the site you accept them.

Automatic transcription

Transcriptions are generated automatically. Accuracy depends on the recording: solo piano recorded close to the instrument works best, and results may need small corrections.

Your content

Only upload recordings you have the right to use. You keep all rights to your recordings and to the files we create from them; you allow us to process them only to deliver those files.

Payments and refunds

Prices are shown before you pay. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, email hello@pianotosheetmusic.com within 14 days of paying and we will refund it in full, whatever the reason. A refunded file can no longer be downloaded. This does not affect any legal rights you have as a consumer. Monthly plans renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account, and cancelling stops future charges. The 14-day refund applies to your first payment.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or use it to infringe other people's copyrights.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, including losses linked to transcription errors.
